April 2 1925 School Board met to elect or appoint an other Director Dan McFaden was appointed Director to take L.E. Bartlett's place. Fred Carrier Sect.
April 11 1925 School Directors met at School House to elect a school Director to take the place of E.A.Van Norman. On motion Fred VanNorman take the place of E.A.VanNorman's place. Also paid a few bills including Everett Long for coal $16.00 Fred VanNorman Sect.

May 9 1925 School Directors of West Warsaw met to elect the Teachers and other business. On motion that we elect Herbert Allhouse Teacher of the Russell School. On motion that Annie McLaughlin as Teacher of 5th 6th 7th and 8th grade, motion carried. On motion Dortha McFadden teach the lower grades, motion carried On motion that we accept John MCFadden bid for hauling the Smith School for $64.00 per month, motion carried On motion that we accept Geo McLaughlin bid for hauling coal for 14 cents per (b____ unreadable) On motion that we borrow enough money to pay the teachers which is $1,000.00, motion carried. June 3 1925 School Directors met at D.E. McFadden's home paid bills On motion that we levy 19 mills and $5.00 per capita tax, 7 mills and $5.00 for (unreadable) and 12 mills for upkeep of school. Fred Carrier Sect.
June 23 1925 School Directors of West Warsaw School Board met at the office of MR. Anderson and contracted Jane Rough for assistant Teacher in High School at $130.00 per month. Contracted with Earl Beatty for Teaching $140.00 per month and house rent. Fred Carrier Sect.
July 6 1925 School Board met with Auditors for settlement. (much financial listed in records, I have not included it here)
Aug 1 1925 School Directors met paid bills Fred Carrier resigned as Secretary and D.E. McFadden was elected to take his place. On motion that the Secretary notify Mr. Adams to fix the roof by the 7th of Aug, and if not fixed by that time that we would go at the roof by the 10th of Aug., motion carried Fred Carrier Sect.
Aug 8th 1925 School Board met with Teachers and school supply venders (names unreadable) Secretary was instructed to get in touch with Reynoldsville Hardware Co. to arrange a meeting to see about roof on Richardsville School building. Mr. Adams failing to reply to our request that he make it satisfactory. D.E. McFadden Sect.
Aug 10 1925 School Board met, all members present. By vote of all members, The Reynoldsville Hardware Co. was given the contract of fixing the roof on the High School building for the sum of $145.25 - Same to be covered by a seven year guarantee. D.E. McFadden Sect.
Aug 22 1925 School board met at D.E. McFaddens. members present: J.P. McCracken, Fred Carrier, Fred Van Norman and D.E. McFadden. On motion the President to see Hoffman as to weather Mr. Adams paid him for work on basement. (also paid bills listed in record, but not listed here) D.E. McFadden Sect.
Aug 28 1925 School Board met in special meeting, all members present Board authorized Fred Carrier to pay Mr. Hoffman $31.00 for extra cement work, providing he swear to his account. Same bill to be charged to Mr. Adams. On motion that Fred Carrier see Mr. Brown in regard to paying Lou Adams. (also paid a few bills not listed here) D.E. McFadden Sect.

Sept 25 1925 School Board met at school house. Motion to have Prof. Beatty get new civic books, motion carried Sect. was instructed to write Lou Adams to arrange settlement. J.P. McCracken elected Truant officer. D.E. McFadden Sect.
Nov 30 1925 School Board met in regular session. (paid bills) Secretary reported he had second letter returned from Lou Adams (marked unknown) J.P. McCracken to fix stove at Russell school. D.E. McFadden Sect.
