Secretary was instructed to get in touch with Reynoldsville Hardware Co. to arrange a meeting to see about roof on Richardsville School building. Mr. Adams failing to reply to our request that he make it satisfactory.

By vote of all members, The Reynoldsville Hardware Co. was given the contract of fixing the roof on the High School building for the sum of $145.25 - Same to be covered by a seven year guarantee.
