On motion we put a new roof on Russell School, motion carried
On motion we get enough weather boarding to fix the Russell School in front
and up to the top of windows, motion carried
On motion that Ed Gilligan get the weather boarding, roofing, and that it is
put on, motion carried
On Motion that we paint the inside of the Russell School house and front,
motion carried
On motion that we start school the last Monday in Aug, motion carried.
On motion we advertise for cleaning School Houses, motion carried
On motion that we leave the compulsorily attendance as it was last term,
