Dec 14 1931 School Board met at School House to organize J.P. McCracken called the Board to order and administered the Oath of Office W Ed Gilligan and R.B. Dunmire. All the members being present, there is one vacancy not yet appointed. Ed Giligan nominated L.G. Pearsall President, carried by full vote J.P. McCracken nominated Ed Gilligan Vice President, carried by full vote J.P. McCracken nominated that R.B. Dunmire act as Sect. until Nov. 1932 at which time a Sect will be elected for four years, motion carried The Board decided to meet the first Friday evening of each calendar month, motion passed
