 Jan 8 1932 School Board met in regular meeting at the School House, all Members and Teachers present.

President L.G. Pearsall administered the oath of office to D.A. Stewart.

Motioned that the matter of getting a substitute for a maximum of two day be left with the Teachers, motion carried

Motion that all supplies be ordered except tablets be ordered from Beyer's Supply house of Punxy, motion carried

Feb 15 1932 School Board met at the call of the President at Sect. house, all members present

The President started the meeting with called to consider "Consolidation" and two years High School instead of three years as at present, moved by Ed Gilligan, seconded by D.A.Stewart., that votes be taken accordingly won (unreadable) for two year High School.  Pearsall, Gilligan, Dunmire voting for and McCracken, Stewart voting against.

By motion the Sect. was instructed to R. Glo__ford for (unreadable)

By unanimous vote Ralph Kelso & Gail Gossedys Termination contracts were declared final. 

The Sect. was instructed to consult (unreadable) Stalhman as Teaching in Consolidated school

By Motion Everett Shaffer be paid fifty dollars ($50.00) for collecting taxes

J.P. McCracken moved and seconded by D.A. Stewart that Helen Stalhman be elected as one of the teachers of the District, motion carried unanimously

Dunmire moved and seconded by Gilligan that the motion to consolidate & for two year High School instead if three at called meeting of Feb 15 be laid on the table indefinitely. carried by unanimous vote

By unanimous vote Earl L. Beatty be given a recommendation.

By unanimous vote R. Glossford? was elected one of the District Teachers.

April 6 1932 School Board met at the School House, all Directors present and Ralph Kelso, Dorothy (unreadable) and Helen Stalhman of the teachers were present.

By motion we sign contracts with (unreadable) with Miss (unreadable), McFadden and McFadden and Miss Helen Stolhman.

After much discussion we levy eleven mills tax and five dollars per capita, motion carried unanimously.

May 25 1932 School Board met at the School House, all Directors present

Sect. was instructed to see teachers as with equipment, books etc.

J.P. McCracken motioned, seconded by D.A. Stewart that we continue two grade (unreadable). McCracken and Stewart voted for the motion, motion lost.

R.B. Dunmire motioned, seconded by Ed Gilligan that we hire Miss Lois Dickenson as High School Teacher,  Dunmire, Gilligan and Rearsall voted for the motion,  McCracken and Stewart voted against, motion carried.

The Sect. was authorized to advertise for bide for hauling the Smith School, supplying coal and kindling and for cleaning the School houses.

McCracken was asked to see with repairing the furnace and windows.

By motion R.B. Dunmire was elected Secretary for a term of four years.

W.W. Brownlee bid for supplying coal of seven (unreadable) bu accepted.

Joseph Sartwell's bid for cleaning School Houses for $18.00 was accepted

Everett Shaffer was given the taxes for 1932 to collect at 5% commission valuation 172734 (unreadable)

By motion D.A.Stewart was authorized to buy (unreadable) supplies for Richardsville and Pearsall for Russell.

The Sect was directed to secure contract with W.W. Brownlee for supplying coal.

The (unreadable '"schedule" I think) furnished by Co. Suff-Highes was adopted for 1932. ?

By motion we buy cord wood from Lloyd McCracken

By motion the salary of the Sect. was fixed at fifty dollars per year.

The Sect was instructed to see W.W. Brownlee about work (unreadable, unreadable)

The Teachers were autherised to buy book for the library, not to exceed fifteen dollars ($15.00)
