Miss Duncan was granted the use of vacant school rooms for club work for the Summer. By agreement June 5th was set to her from the citizens of Russell.
By unanimous vote the millage for school year 1933 &34 was set at nine (9) mills and the per capita tax at $3.50 Three dollars and fifty cents.
By unanimous vote the High School Principal Miss McFadden & the grade teachers R.Glassford & Helen Stalhman be given new contracts for another year teaching

By agreement and discussions of Russell we decided to leave the grade school at Russell & henceforth High School (unreadable) @ Richardsville High School
If pupils are not sent to Richardsville, agreement is void.
By unanimous vote we pay teachers the minimum salary (unreadable) by the State 10 per cent on old salary
