By motion J.P.McCracken was appointed a (unreadable) to secure stop  (unreadable) signs from highway dept for the dangerous turn at Harry Long's (Puchot) - (I think) highway.

March 11 1935 Board met at Sect. house at call of President. all members present

On motion we meet March 12 at 9 o'clock at Russell School to confer with (unreadable) Dowell as tale of school.

After conferring with H.L.McDowell, took him to Brookville to arrange for sale of building. Buildings were sold at public auction March 14th to the highest bidder, Sid Kroh for one hundred forty five dollars

Walter Bedell coal 8 cents per bu.

Harry Radaker Kindling four dollars ($4.00) per cord.

By motion we pay Luther ten & 50 dollars ($10.50) for extra hauling 

By motion the tax levy for next school year be set at one mill property tax and two dollars per capita.

The Sect. was instructed to pay all bills before the close of school year.
