May 25 1936 Board met at School House all members present. Sect having advertised as directed H.P.Versitine ( < hard to read that name ) was re-elected Treasurer R.B.Dunmire was re-elected Sect. The budget for next year was adopted by unanimous vote. R.J.Corbett's bid $31.25 per month for hauling Smith was accepted. Leroy McCracken's bid of 10 cents per bu of coal was accepted Harry Radaker's bid of $4.50 a cord for kindling was accepted Motion (unreadable) bus station at Cable's was carried 4 to 1 Motion we paint two rooms and bus station. L.G.Paresall bet bids for painting. Sect. to advertise for bids for cement (unreadable) for toilets. Campbell's oldest girl is permitted to go to Price Creek Township. Paul Luther was given $10.000 more for hauling the grades adjourned to meet at call of Sect.

July 27 1936 Board met at School House all members present. (unreadable) M. Bedell's bid of $34.50 for cement vault for toilets was accepted. The bid of Brookville Lumber Co. of $25.00 for bus station and $20.00 for toilet was accepted. L.G.Peasall was directed to secure bids for painting & repairs etc. adjourned to meet in two weeks
