By unanimous carried vote we give Harry Radaker for 6 tons of coal at two fifty ($2.50) per ton if satisfactory coal for all year at same (unreadable)

By motion we accept B.P.Smith's bid for cleaning the school house and grounds as usual & in addition washing walls and ceilings of rooms for twenty dollars ($20.00)

By unanimously carried motion B.P.Smith was given a contract for hauling the Smith School for ($42.58) un condition that ( unreadable, unreadable, unreadable, whole lot of unreadable, when a car will not run.)
