Pierce Giest was authorized to buy spelling books and other necessities from American Book Co.

Sect was authorized to pay for cleaning if it was satisfactory

Ordered supplys from M.M. Siar.

R.B.Dunmire reported for commission that having seen W.W.Brownlee & Citizens that there was no necessity for bus station.

A motion prevailed unanimusly that we build a bus station at Harry Long's corner

A motion was carried unanaimusly that we pay B.P.Smith for cleaning and $2.00 for extra hauling in full for his services.

By unanimous motion we secure a substitute for the remainder of Miss Moore's year.

Motion carried unanimously that we pay teachers and haulers, Miss Moore in full and the rest of the full month.

Vote unanimously that we put in Miss Harvey to finish the present term.

Moved and seconded that we repair the spring sufficient to complete the present term and notify Health Dep. to that effect.
