May 6 1946 The West Warsaw school board met on Monday evening with the following members present, J.P.McCracken, L.G.Pearsall and Harry Long. In the absence of President Harold Beatty, Vice President J.P.McCracken acted as President.

By motion the tax collector E.J.Shaffer was to be at the next meeting, and bring his tax report.
The preparation of budget was the main business of the meeting. A millage of 11 had been set at a previous meeting and the per capita of $2.50 is the same as last year.

June 24 1946 A special meeting of the West Warsaw school district was held in Richardsville school. all directors present.
Meeting was for the purpose of making a new contract with Mr. Deemer who purchased a new bus. Motion made by Pearsall, seconded by Long to give Mr. Deemer another $30.00 more per month, making the total $205,00 monthly instead of $175.00. , motion carried. The contract was given for three years, from 46 to 1949.
By motion Sect was instructed to advertise for bide for upper bus route.

Motion was made by Pearsall and seconded by McCracken to get Mr Sprindler to supply coal for the coming term, providing it is not more than one cent higher than last year. motion carried

Aug 5th 1946 The West Warsaw school board met at Richardsville school house with three members present, Beatty, McCracken and the Sect.
All bills were taken care of and the business of getting the grounds ready for the coming term of school was disposed of, after which the meting was adjourned.

Aug 20 1946 A special meeting of the West Warsaw school district was called by President Harold Beatty and was held in the school house on Monday evening with 3 school directors present, Beatty, Long and McCracken and the Sect present.
The meeting was for the purpose of hiring a new bus driver for the upper route. This was given out for bids previously, but none were received. George Hidinger was present and said he would take it at the old price of $100.00 per month, if he could have it for a three year contract. But could not take it for less as he has to get a new out fit. Contract was drawn up for three years and sent to the State for approval,
