Pearsall was sworn in as Director for 6 years.

March 7 1949 A regular meeting was held of the West Warsaw District was held at the home of J.P. McCracken, present were  Beatty, Pearsall, and McCracken & and Sect. Visitors were Harold Deemer and Mrs. J.P. McCracken

A bill of $4.00 was presented by Harold Deemer for repair of the roof.

It was carried to pay the bill with all regular bills current

April 4 1949 A regular meeting was held of the West Warsaw District was held at the Richardsville School house, present were  Beatty  and McCracken and Pearsall.

A discussion was made about pupils coming into township and going to school, No action taken by Board.

May 2 1949 A regular meeting was held of the West Warsaw District was held at the Richardsville School house, present were  Beatty  and McCracken and Pearsall and Mrs. Paul Luther. Visitors were Harold Deemer and John McCracken

paid all current bills

The annual budget was made out and the tax for 1949 was as follows, 21 mills on real estate, and a per capita tax of $7.00

Mrs. Paul Luther was re-elected Sect. for 4 years.

June 20 1949 A special meeting was held of the West Warsaw District was held at the home of Harold Beatty, present were  Beatty, McCracken and Pearsall and Mrs. Paul Luther. 

Upon motion by McCracken & seconded by Pearsall the Board rejected the provisions of Act 527 - the same rejection to be mailed to Co. Treasurer Earl Beatty.  paid all bills

Secretary was instructed to enumerate the students for coming year.

Aug 1 1949 A regular meeting was held of the West Warsaw District at the Richardsville School house, present were  Beatty, Brownlee, and McCracken and Pearsall and Mrs. Paul Luther. Mrs. Helen Milliron teacher of room 1 was present to instruct board of needed supplies for coming year. by carried motion supplies were ordered.

By carried motion Sect. was instructed to put "bids wanted" in both Brookville papers for cleaning school house and grounds.

Aug 19 1949 Board met in special meeting, for the adoption of the resolution in regard to the $2.00 extra tax, which is called the (hard to read (provisional?) ) tax.

Sept 5 1949 A regular meeting was held of the West Warsaw District at the Richardsville School house, present were  Beatty, Brownlee, and McCracken and Pearsall and Mrs. Paul Luther. Visitors present: Harold Deemer, Paul Luther and Herbert Bartlett?

Five coal bids were received and opened.  The board to investigate the quality of the coal and report latter.

Upon carried motion Harold Deemer was instructed to repair broken windows, window sash cords, water pump and playground equipment.

Oct 4 1949 A regular meeting was held of the West Warsaw District at the Richardsville School house, present were  Beatty, Brownlee, and McCracken and Pearsall and Mrs. Paul Luther.

Mrs. Paul Luther resigned as Sect, as she was leaving the state.  Upon motion Harold Deemer was elected to finish Mrs. Luther's un-expired term.

Upon motion the teachers were instructed to be at the school house at 8:00 each school day.

Oct 10 1949 A special meeting of the school board met , members present, Beatty, McCracken, Pearsall, 

A motion by McCracken to contract well drilling equipment for sailing (yes sailing) and cleaning and cleaning well, seconded by Pearsall, motion carried.

A motion by Pearsall to make a contract for Mrs. Milliron, seconded and carried

Motion by Pearsall to buy a 5 gallon can, motion carried

Oct 17 1949 A special meeting of the school board met, called by the President, members present, Beatty, McCracken, Pearsall, 

A motion made and carried to pay Henry Davis $3.20 for services as attendance officer for Russell Corbett.  Official notice of illegal absences of Russell after Sect. talked it over with Raymond Brown Atty.

A  motion to buy magazine for school, for $5.00,  motion carried

Nov 7 1949 A regular meeting of the school board met, members present, Beatty, McCracken, Pearsall, Wm. Brownlee and Harry Long, visitors, Mrs. Helen Milliron

By carried motion to contact Judge Long in regards to Russel Corbett attendance.

A motion to give Russel Corbett a permit to quit High School for remainder of year. motion carried. Motion to notify Brookville School to remove him from attendance. motion caried
