The Farms of Richardsville

Here I would like to post pictures and information about the history, the life and times on these farms, or any other in the Richardsville area.  Please use the feedback link above if anyone would like to contribute to this or any other page.

The only ones I have any information or pictures about are the Evans and Long farms. Unfortunately, they  also are two of the only four barns still standing. The Radaker barn still stands but time has taken its toll on it much like the Long barn. The Barber barn and Evans barn have been well cared for and are a reminder of earlier days.

Does anyone have any farming or barn photos to share?

I will be glad for any pictures, recollections offered for this preservation project.
